Reaction: Hawks lose to Dolphins 21-19
Hard fought game. The WRs killed us, plain and simple. Has Colbert made a single valuable play since coming over in the trade? Seriously, can someone tell me a single play he has made?
I certainly can tell you his drop on 3rd down led directly to the Dolphins winning TD. Horrible. And Koren dropping that easy TD catch...at least he caught one later. Even Carlsen dropped a number of ball including the final one on 4th down. Fitting way to end.
The defense really stepped it up. Good game for the LBs, and nice pick six for big play babs.
It says a lot about Holmgren that the guys played this hard for him in a lost season.
Game Thread: Seahawks @ Dolphins
No reason to expect a win today. In fact, we might in for a real spanking against a team on the rise who may smell blood in the water against a team struggling to find inspiration.

Here's your weekly helping. Giants take back the top spot. For all the talk of the Titans D, the Giants defense matches them in almost every area. Six of the top 10 are NFC teams, and look at the Cardinals in at #7 with the top scoring offense in the NFL. Chicago at #5 is really surprising, at least to a guy not following them closely this season.

Relentless Improvement
Story is out that DeAngelo Hall was cut by the Raiders. I would love to see the Hawks sign him and put him opposite Tru. Jennings and Wilson are not the answer.

Game Thread: Eagles @ Seahawks
I have no wise words to offer today. Anything but a loss would be a shock with the team we're rolling out there. Let's hope for a good game from Seneca today against a tough defense.
